Our Approach
Convening is a form of world-building. When we slow down and infuse intention into the planning process, we can tend to human connection, set conditions for emergence, and foster new ways of being together through event design.
At Sustain Studio, we approach gatherings as purpose-driven spaces — not just moments on a calendar, but opportunities to align vision, values, and lived experience. Our work centers sustainability, justice, and interconnection. We value working at a thoughtful pace with teams, building intentional processes that prevent burnout and allow creativity and clarity to emerge.
What We Offer
Sustain Studio provides intentional convening consulting and can be contracted to produce or co-produce your next gathering. We support:
Conferences and multi-day convenings

Life cycle events (limited number annually)
Sustain-generated public events rooted in creativity, spirituality, and systems change
We also offer consulting services to help you hone the deeper purpose of your gathering — clarifying what is being marked, honored, or transitioned so that form follows meaning.
