Life Tending Packages

  • A deep-dive 90 minute session to clarify your focus and how to move towards your goals.  

    What’s Include

    • One 90-minute session.

    • A personalized set of next steps to support moving towards your goals right away.

    COST: $150

  • A focused three-month container designed to offer steady support, intentional check-ins, and tailored guidance. Each monthly session includes thoughtful preparation, reflection, and customized resources to help you build clarity, grounding, and forward movement during a given season.

    What’s Include

    • Start with a 90 minute long session to surface core focuses

    • Continue with a 45-minute sessions once a month for 3 months to hone approach (3 sessions total)

    • A personalized set of next steps following each session to support moving towards your goals between sessions.


    COST: $500

  • A more immersive structure that begins with short, frequent touchpoints to build clarity and momentum, followed by monthly deep-dive sessions for continued guidance and integration. This package supports both immediate movement and longer-term reflection.

    What’s Include

    • Start with 2.5 hour-long session to surface, map, and prioritize focuses

    • Continue with a 1 hour-long sessions once a month for 6 months to hone approach (6 sessions total)

    • A detailed plan to get started during Month 1, then a personalized set of next steps following each session to support moving towards your goals between sessions.
