Group facilitation to reconnect with values and purpose.

What We Offer

At Sustain Studio, we design and facilitate experiences that help people reconnect to purpose, metabolize change, and move forward with clarity.

We offer retreats, discernment and purpose conversations, and relief or processing experiences that integrate reflection, creativity, and embodied practice. Whether your group is navigating growth, transition, grief, or strategic decision-making, we create thoughtful containers that allow insight to surface and next steps to emerge.

Our work lives at the intersection of spirituality, creativity, and systems change. We partner with:

  • Meaning-making and spiritual communities

  • Environmental and climate-focused groups

  • Social justice–driven nonprofits and grassroots efforts

  • Creative and arts-based organizations

  • Conveners and coalition leaders

  • Community organizations and neighborhood associations

Lillie is a Jewish Studio Process Facilitator, Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory®, and Good Grief FLOW Facilitator. She is also trained in Technology of Participation’s foundational and strategic planning methods. Sustain is also a preferred vendor for corporate retreats at PAIKKA, supporting teams seeking depth, alignment, and renewed connection.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: when people are given the right conditions to reflect, feel, and imagine together, more honest, life-giving futures become possible.

“Lillie has an extraordinary gift for holding space that is both sacred and practical. During our multi-session engagement process, she demonstrated the rare combination of structured facilitation and intuitive responsiveness, allowing our congregation to authentically surface its collective story. Her use of creative facilitation methodologies helped us move beyond surface-level conversations to profound discoveries about our identity and calling.

What struck me most was how Lillie could simultaneously tend to individual participants' needs while keeping the group focused on our shared purpose. She truly embodies the presence, listening, and curiosity that became one of our touchstones.”
